For the program that DOS for you just type 'rdos' into google and it's the link with mediafire on it.

And if you want to hide your IP address I use Hotspot Shield. Also btw you need multiple people to take down a website, I've tried for ages on little websites and it's not worked (my internet is crappy and you need a bigger bandwidth that your target)
