Yeah, he got those 8 inches from Oscars willy in his bottom. Kai and Oscar are a couple of nutters who just talk absolute shit in a deluded effort to appear intellectual. IT DOESN'T WORK LADS. Since this interview Kai's mass has increased 10x but so has his head and jaw. Thats the price you pay for too much GH and gear. Plus his mental clarity and ability to articulate appears to have diminished considerably. Perhaps there are other substances being used that we're not aware of.
