That is a limestone quarry operation that has been mined out and converted to a cold storage warehouse. I worked in one for a few months years ago. Coincidentally, I drive over the top of the same facility every day on my way to my current job. This is not an underground military base. The facility in this video looks pretty small. The one I worked in has a rail line running through it and covers a few square miles underground.

We have one of those here where I live. Most of it is used for storage, but at Christmas time they put a bunch of lights and stuff in part of it and let cars drive through it for 15.00 a car. It's pretty cool.

All this video is showing is an old underground lime stone quarry that was converted to a warehouse. There is nothing in this video that would prove that there are "DUMBS" and tunnels spanning the country. This warehouse is probable located in Missouri. These warehouse do not have security forces guarding them. Regular people work in them. 15 years ago I delivered food with a semi truck in a man made cave live this. It's neat to see. The temperature is nice inside year round.
