Im not sure what sirens would be useful for. I mean with the Bombs we got today there is really no point in hiding underground since bombs these days are designed to penetrate 3 underground steel Bunkers and Explode in the 4th Bunker. Then there's just your typical Bomb which they may use in bombing runs which would be x10 the size in explosion of the ones they used in Vietnam.
