@Arvanitarius OK but when the Pontikans first came to Ioannina after 1922 my father had a lot of problems understanding their dialect and customs. In contrast the Tsamouria whom our families had close contact over generations became blood enemies in 1941. You can't explain this paradox.

@Arvanitarius ... "Ντεγκιο τσε τε θομ ουν ώρε "Μήτσο" Δεν τραβάω κανένα ζόρι με τους αρβανίτες, αντιθετος τους θαυμάζω που κρατούν ζωντανή την γλώσσα, τα τραγούδια και τις παραδόσεις μετα απο 7 - 8 αιωνες. Tραβάω ζόρι με αυτούς που διαστρεβλώνουν την αλήθεια, σαν εσένα.
