Hmm.. it squishes down and flattens out, but doesn't lag - I wonder if you have too many layers going through? If you are using chipboard, only use the spacer with no tabs - that might help for you. :)

Does your silicone pad lag behind when cranking your sandwich through your Big Shot? It does for me and moves the paper so my impression isn't always lined up the way I sandwiched it. Thanks for the great video!
