I gotta say Vice City was the best in the GTA series. The character was badass, the story was badass, the free roam fulfilling and fun, and it all had a sense of accomplishment. I felt proud when I worked through the story enough to do a flyby in my plane past the building with the giant spotlight tits on them.

PS3 version is fine, I actually prefer it for driving better because you can vary between speeds more easily because they are more pressure sensitive than 360's triggers. Just my 2¢.

The review comments are somewhat hard to follow, but i like them.

Games these days deserve to be criticised simply by the starting fact that they are created first hand for commercial pourpose. Sure you have to get the doe back after you've labored all the entire team's ass but when anything hits into the business industry it gets dumb - like the majority for whom the products are designed for.
