  • can you reach your target when working in a production line with this mumbo jumbo ?

  • Did you preheat the pan, then drop the board in, or let it all come to temperature slowly?

  • beautiful...every time =)

  • Jump to 1:15 and save some time.

  • Reflow soldering can be a part of the process. If someone had worked on an SMT line where standards are IMPORTANT, then one observes quickly by observation if a job is dome well, or just done. Good engineers technicians and line associates who value quality along with fast, precise and accurate machines such as Fuji pick and place machines allow PCAs (printed circuit assemblies) to run flawlessly. Even QFP100s (Quad Flat Pack components with 100 pins) are Right ON!!!

  • International Standards for Business, Government and Society... there are certain ISO Standards (International Standards for Organizations) that allow businesses to understand what quality of work and conduct will be performed. The businesses that adhere to these standards have training testing and inspection to maintain these standards. When it comes to SMT (Surface Mount Technology), the alignment of parts on the pads by percentage measurement are observed. ...continued...

    Try again.

  • What about the components? And are you using a special kind of solder?

  • is it soldering or de-soldering?

  • woo =O

  • Really nice! But won't that hurt the components and cause shorts?

  • It's like watching bread rise, that feeling like we've found a cheat code to reality! :D

  • you don't show HOW to do it -- board placement -- temperature etc?

  • @xraymond10 jsut turn on the electric frying pan and wait

    eventualy itll happen
