clearly you are not a soldier. that being said you do not understand how things work and are just another ignorant civilian. We do not attack unless fired upon, therfore, any destruction or killing is soley on the hands of the taliban or any hostile force. enjoy your freedom while some of the best in the country die for you.
Yes helmet cams are allowed. ALL video MUST be turned in following mission. Video will be returned when it gets declassified. Reculations currently state that ALL video taken in a combat zone is classified secret until it gets declassified. Just answering the question
I dedicate this comment not only to the rangers or army, but to everyone that serves in the U.S. Armed forces. I thank you for all that served in the past, now, and in the future for risking your life and dedicating your time to us that live's in this country. Thank you for protecting us.

i'm jsut curious, are solider allowed to carry videocameras/helmet cams on their missions?
1xXitachiXx1 3 years ago
I'm not exactly sure on that...I think it depends on if its just a regular patrol or a specific mission such as a snatch and grab; you get my drift?
Smokex52 3 years ago
logically. though wouldn't a solider want memories of an operation? i would. though idk if the superiors would allow it. would it be classified? 0_0
