i broke my arm 4 months ago then broke it again last month had surgery and had 2 rods put in my arm and now i have been in a cast for 4 and a half months and im going to b in a cast for the next 8 weeks then i have the rods removed in 6 months

I had the same cast, as I broke my elbow. This is how I did it:

I ran really fast, did a half cartwheel put my arm underneath my chest to stop myself from falling, and landed on it. I had a blue cast on.

no im not lieing it was actully the first time i have seen something like that to and i thought it was odd... but it was a good idea and the reason they did that is because they wanted the wieght of the cast to pull my arm down and if they put a sling on then the weight wouldent have been pulling on my arm!

@techtalker24 i have the same cast on . ive had it on for 4 weeks . and 2 weeks before i had a splint because of the swelling . my cast is suppose to be coming off thursday aug 19th . this cast hurts my shoulder so much pulling down from the weight . i broke my arm right above the elbow ... was your elbow /arm frozen after you had the cast taken off ? how long did it take for you to get the motion in your elbow back after thye cast came off??

i totallyy feel ur pain dude a few years ago i broke my arm and it defiently sucked at first but u get use to it and its not so bad especialy after the soreness and pain ends but hey on the brite side ppl are defiently alot nicer and u can get them do things for you ; ]
