Every real NES era gamehead knows this: CASTLEVANIA, METROID, ZELDA, PUNCH-OUT and SUPER MARIO BROS. 3...everything else is opinion, CONTRA is legendary but not a top 5 material..SUPER MARIO BROS. 1 is not even qualified for a top 15, it was just super popular by default..it came with the damn NES people! SMB3 was epic and still hailed as Marios' biggest release of ALL time. The NES had way too many hits to make a top 5.
