if you like sam hain, you'll like sam hain from the 80's real ghostbusters series. in the episodes "when halloween was forever" & the two part episode "halloween". he had an action figure for the series. as well as two new action figures for the retro-action release. and is in the comics too. the writer & director of trick r treat. probably saw this growing up as they would have been that age & into that sort of thing. this is likely their inspiration for their version of the character.

Glad this was uploaded. This documentary was only included on the Blu-ray, not the DVD, which pissed me off. Ecstatic that I get to see it.

I really like this movie, it really does capture Halloween! Weird thing is, today in my English class one of my classmates did an essay about the history of Halloween, so this is the 2nd time I've heard it today :D I love Jean-Luc Bilodeau in this (he plays Schrader.)

I loved the movie... such a great atmosphere and gradual buildup of the feeling of suspense... the sounds, lighting, scenes, cinematography is outstanding

The picture @ 11:09 is interesting. Not only are a couple of them wearing different costumes, but there seems to be one more kid in the group! Maybe it was a deleted idea?
