Well I mostly got my clips from a forum called Sclub8 Hangout.

Thats where I got the clips but you have to have a 100 posts before you can get them.

But its a great forum so you should check it out.

They record the songs first and then they lipsing when they have those head gear mics on, but when they hold the mics, theirs dances are simpler because they are actually singing then.You can watch it if you type in S club Juniors and you get up loads of T.V series, watch them and it will tell you exactly how they do.I used to love S club 8, but once they grew up they became such slaggy tarts who get no sleep.I can't even tell who they are anymore, they all look like playboy type peps to me. lol
