The sound of the ocean is so relaxing. During my honeymoon, a few years back, we stayed in a condo next to the ocean in Maui. We kept the lanai door open and the sound of the ocean put me to sleep every night. Thanks for the video. I love feeling like I'm back in Maui with the lanai door open. Last night I didn't get any sleep. I ran the whole day from 8 AM to 6 PM. I took pills, teas, and herbs that help me sleep. Right after I go to bed, I will put this music.
