  • I'm 11 .and its easy enough with the push ups..what about insead of weights you could do bicyle

  • @jennykiid246 11 year olds shouldn't really be doing these things. Yet. Do it when you're 15. Should be old enough. But good job on being able to do these things now.

  • I'm finding it hard doing the push ups, although it frustrates me I still try to do them but can't do it for long. I can only manage to do about 3 or 4 before I give up. I love the rest of the work-outs and can see the results. It's just the push ups that I need more help with.

  • i liked this. i'm super skinny and trying to bulk up because i have a great frame but it's impossible for me to gain weight. i'm doing a protein shake each morning and trying your videos. just did this one. awesome workout. i really feel it. better than any arm exercise i've done!

  • Great vid, but for people in High blood pressure meds you might sugguest using dumbbells as handles for the pushups then row from a plank position. If they are on things like Lisinipril (sp) that dialates vessels, the getting up and down could cause dizziness. While it is true that people with high blood pressure should avoid horizontal training, they seldom omit them. Like your ideas alot. Really glad I subscribed.

  • Thank you for your input... you could most definitely do the plank rows instead of the DB row. That would be a great alternative.

  • Wow...I like the way you've organized this with repeatitions and the intensity involved. Not to much, and not to little and room to improve and expand results ( important considering time and place ). This is perfect...the organization and such and I know so many people that can benefit from this! Not just people in my situation, but at home or traveling or whatever. Never make it easier!

  • This is cool because it's something that I hear about often...and for myself I get so tired of jogging stairs all the time and we do have a gym in my building ( small but good ) but considering it's my co-workers there and all it can get weird so it's important that I can use both my own space and the gym. The benefits of privacy, and I can do a lot from my own space and I know a lot of friends like myself. Intense and compact...that's great! Great video, certainly a keeper! :)

    It's harder than it seems it would be. lol. Yes, it is a long 3 minutes, but you feel good when you get done.

    Day 2 was a harder one for me to get through. Are you gonna try that one too?

    I was thinking you might get through the 3rd set of pushups without having to go to your knees, LOL! Not that I could even do that well, mind you ... but I was rooting for you :)

    NO REST!!! You do non-stop til you get done with all 3 rounds. You are going back and forth between push ups and DB rows until you are done. haha.

    That'll be my goal to try to get through all 3 rounds on my feet. :)

  • Yes, these are the kind of workouts I do now. Not always just 3 minutes, but maybe 15-25 minutes... 3 days a week or so. It just depends on my time.

    I use these 3 minute workouts when I'm in a time crunch and they are very effective if you blast 'em in those 3 minutes.

    Day 3 will be arms and you'll see the pump that I got from it!
