To this day there are people there who are afraid to tell their stories.

Guys, First the Mothman was in WV a long time before the bridge colapsed, then after the bridge colapsed people didn't see him in the WV area any more. Then years after people saw him other places were major disasters have been. To me it seems like the Mothman is traveling from place to place to warn people about disasters.

What mystery would you wish to solve Zaroda? I live in Point Pleasant and trust me, there isnt anything to solve. No doubt there was something, but its not here now. I have spent a lot of time in TNT area where Linda Scarberry was just standing and havnt seen anything. Its a dense wooded area with many swamps, hundreds of hunters go there every year, and have seen nothing. I wouldnt waste my time if I were you.

Seems like you had so many chances to take a picture or film it-I know they had cameras in 1967-I was born in 1960 and there are pictures of me as an infant-WHERE HAVE ALL THE PICTURES GONE--A long, long, time ago...kinda sounds like a song I heard once.....

yea but if you were to use a camera from 1967 and it took off it would still be plausible.. the pictures weren't clear enough .. especially if people were scared to get close to it.. but u should no that considering u have pictures from 1967 right?

It's a legitimate question that should be asked. The problem is that if this was the case then they would not have wanted it to die out as it did so suddenly. Also, sightings of the creature named 'mothman' was simply one of the weird things happening during the course of one year in Pt Pleasant. To this day there are people there who are afraid to tell their stories.

When I saw other weird things were happening, I meant it. For example, people on the same block recieved disturbing phone calls from a machine voice at the same exact time telling them they were certain numbers, 'You are number 9', for example. Many people believed the entire town was being used in a secret CIA mind control experiment.
