If you are using a soap broom (you know, the one made for the tires) on the paint... it usually ends in disaster.

If you look closely at your paint, you will likely notice very fine but detectable swirl/scratch marks. Those brooms are soft however they are used to clean wheels, tires, and other muddy vehicles. Given that, they will pick up and retain sand, rocks, etc. On a white or light colored car, it may not be noticeable. On a dark car like deep blue or black, it will be obvious, probably in the form of "spider-webbing". Same effect comes from using a dirty towel to clean the car.

Yes, it will absolutely scratch chrome wheels depending on what sand and rocks are in the bristles. If it will scratch your face or hands, it will scratch paint and chrome.

By that logic the 2JZ weighs less than a SBC... it also revs higher, and gets better fuel mileage. Top fuelers run about 45 psi. Now, mind you, I have absolutely nothing against SBC's (I've owned them myself - and yes, I know there's no replacement for displacement with everything else being equal)..but, being a true car guy I recognize a nice car, regardless of it's configuration.

You actually might be surprised to know that your engine also works off pressure.  Atmospheric + compression ratio. In the case of a turbocharged engine, it simply pressurizes more than atmospheric (aka boost.) I'm pretty sure you didn't just boast that your engine makes 200hp at 1500rpm. All that matters is torque, son. And trust me, turbos make that. After all this, consider the 2JZ engine is also pretty fuel efficient.
