The Americans totally missed the fines, passion, and enthusiasm that goes into building cars, the europeans and the japanese understand this well and that is why they deliver every time. well, the drag isn't perfectly equal to the force applied by the car. With the same power, yes that car cannot go faster, but even you said it in your comment, more speed equals more drag, but for more drag, you must need more speed. I will concede however, that 100 hp at 412 km as opposed to 60 km is, uhh, pretty insignificant haha.

if you add 100hp to the ultimate and the total weight of the car remains the same, the speed will increase.

It is the power to weight ratio which determines speed.

I think what you wanted to say is that when a car is travelling at 400+ km/h, an extra 100hp will not make a very big difference to the top speed because the drag is so high.

The Callaway 88 TT did 410 km/h. it was in late 1988!! lol

the Veron can NOT go more than 410km/hr. because more speed,more darg , the drag in Ultimte is much less than Veyron,though it could not go more than 412 , Aerodynamic matter here!!!

Buggatti Veyron has better accelerations, on 0-60 (0-100Km/H) , 0-100 (0-160Km/H).

a 5km/h max speed difference (407 vs 412 km/h) is useless on most roads. you never reach these speeds.

accelerations is way more usefull and concrete.

well yeah it's a world record but since the bugatti it's automaticly limited to 407 km/h i geuss without the limiter it can do 420 km/h

There is no limiter in veyron, the maximum capacity of speed output is 407 kph, the 420 on the speed gauge is justfor rounding off the figures
