  • Salut,

Ou est-ce que tu voles, je ne reconnais pas cette plage.

J'ai acheté un DL que j'ai monté sur mon DX-7, jamais encore essayé.

  • Wow - this machine is covering some ground. Awesome video love it ??

  • I seen this video many many times, Is perfect. Can you pls tell me what is your Zephyr size, prop size and flying weight? Im building my own flying wing for my first steps on FPV, with a 200mW VTx and DakarOSD home made.

    Thank you!

  • @leonov14 The 200mW Tx will give you a very short range, unless you use patch antennas. If I were you I'd rather go for a 5,8Ghz 600mW, or a 2,4Ghz 500mW.

The prop size is a 10x6 folding Graupner (used in gliders). I don't remember the weight of my plane, but I respected the weight advised by Chris Click the maker of the Zephyr.

    Thank you

  • @ckller Thank you very much. If this experience goes well, I think looking for other equipment for long range FPV (immersionrc).

    Have a nice days

  • Perfekt Video, please more clips..

  • Great video! Are you using 3s or 4s? Is your plane straight from TBS?

  • @logicwins I run on 2 x 4S in parallel, of 3300mAh each.

My plane is not from Team Black Sheep, but they've highly inspired me for my choices.

I've a Ritewing Zephyr and a Hacker Motor like them ; but for the rest I've an Eagle Tree gear and a Lawmate transmitter.

By the way my Lawmate transmitter gives me a much better range than the ImmersionRC transmitter because of the frequency used, although ImmersionRC has a better engineering quality.

Feel free to ask for more informations.

    BR

  • @logicwins Hi, I'm on 4S 3300 mAh , from Turnigy Nanotech.

The plane is not straight from TBS, I've bought it directly from RitewingRC, and equipped it with EagleTree gear.

the Vtx is a Lawmate gear, as for the Vrx.

But I've mounted an filtered the connections according to the TBS/Trappy advices found on RCGroups.

    Hope it's helpful.

  • Hahaha... lucky you that the dog didn't pissed on your Zephyr :-D

  • @SkyR1D3rDE Yeah the dog's trained for retrieving the plane, not peeing on it ;p
