i had a 98 mustang and loved it but wanted to offroad and got a 93 explorer with 145000 miles and still runs beastly. tested out the 4x4 the 2nd day i had it with some hill climbs and thick mud puddles with no problems

i still think superstition mountains in the imperial valley are better but id like to try that place i have a 4x4 prerunner its a ford ranger and i had to install lockers and new fox shocks

the 4wd stock explorer would be great if all the parts werent stock. the front end on my 97 is having problems with some joints and the front drive belt. The front drive belt is expensive to fix

Ford explorers are the shitt!!! i have one and i love mine its a 92 and its in good condition they will last forever if you treat them great i'd like to put some bigger tires on mine

impressive truck. i got a 1st gen, all original, 160,xxx, NO PROBLEMS. NOT ONE OIL LEAK, ANYWHERE. 3rd owner. great trucks, even stock. mine will go through over 3ft of soft snow, no problems.
