Love this vid....thanx so much for taping! Beautiful song sung by a beautiful man....very moving done acoustically like this. And love the little bit of acapella around 4:10. So cute at the beginning too when he talks about it feeling like "Top 5 night" and that sweet little laugh. So much of David's Cook music has been very derivative flyover rock. Every time he does something with a song and strips back all the STUFF, and just sings, it becomes something gorgeous... Someone teach this boy that less is more for album 2.0 please?

I can't agree with you more. When he just sings a song stripped down, it's beautiful. Less is more for sure. When he tries to sing over the band, it gets lost. His voice is too good really. Let the voice be the focus. This is very initimate & this is the kind of music I would like to hear on his next album. I hope he does this. Just like on A.I., he evoked emotion & it touched us all.
