The Lockpick is the Skeleton Key.

You can recieve it by doing the Thieves guild quest, and joining the Nightingales. but NOT giving the Key back.

you have to level up your smithing sill to be able to create dwarven ebony or orcish

does anybody else has the problem, when your smithing level is high, but when you go to the blacksmith to create something, dwarven, ebony or orcish doesn't appear in my list (smithing lvl is 75) even when i make ingots at the smelter....

@adfure017 don't judge by the name. "Lost" in Skyrim means to have (in dragon tongue). Also ebony being a type of wood doesn't mean in Skyrim it must mean the same thing.
