The chase scene at the end of the movie has to be one of the best motorcycle/car chases I have EVER seen in a movie!  Although MI-3 is my favorite of the Mission Impossible flicks, nevertheless I LOVE this movie!

Nah it's an illusion created by the fact that his arm is partially camouflaged, also the angle of the shot because the main bulk of his triceps is hidden, his arms aren't huge maybe like athletic but that's definitely an illusion, also his arms are being stretched, watch the end of the scene when he's at the top just before he gets the message and the camera pans around him, you'll see what I mean.
