At first I thought that Batman didn't want to put Robin, the closest thing he has to a son, in danger and that's why he acts like he does in this clip.

Then afterwards I remembered that this is Tim Drake, and not Dick Grayson. :P

As it is implied that Jason died in the Arkhamverse though, Bats may be a bit overprotective of his newest Robin. Or he may just want to work alone tonight, and get Robin to check Gotham for victims of Joker's blood instead. :)

Dick Grayson was the first Robin, then Jason Todd (who died and became the Red Hood.), Tim Drake (the one in the video) then took his place, then it was Damian Wayne (Bruce's son.).
