Besides which, they're still amazing - every album they released since POP had at least one or two classics on it. I'll admit, they're not as experimental as they used to be, but I dare you to find me a song more heartbreaking than Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own...

Favorite era too! During this time I was never aware that fans and critics were panning this album. I only read and heard about years after the fact. I don't get it. Pop is, in my opinion, the height of U2's creativity and experimentation. Just listen to "Miami" - brilliant. There's nothing on Joshua Tree that can touch Pop.

hi, :) i'm spaniard, and i can tell you that "el mañana" is not wrong IF you mean to say "in the future". ie. "el mañana ya vendra" means "the future will come".

Mañana is femenin when you mean to say "morning" ie. "por la mañana" means "in the morning" . when you mean to say "tomorrow", mañana is neutral, you dont use an article. ie. "Ire mañana" means "i'll go tomorrow."

Yeah, Staring at the sun is great. All kinds of U2 fans will tell you that POP and Zooropa suck, but in truth they are two amzingly creative albums. If you liked staring at the sun a lot, check out "If God Will Send His Angels" the videos not so great, and the live version sucks, but the album song version is amazing
