if you take away his vocals and lyrics from the studio version, it takes on a different sound....more of heartbreak than love. and personally, that would've been a better touch to this song. I wasn't too fond of the period when Billy was writing lovey-dubey songs about his relationship with Yelena....it kinda took away from the sound of the band and became way too poppy. plus Billy may have different thoughts on the song now.
