@SuperEdj they shut the online down after a year >:( i was so pissed bc i bought it but bought it too late but the new 3rd person camera deff enhances the gameplay in campaign and u get alot of new material and add-ons (3 new camos, a boss fight mode AND u get the ORIGINAL metal gear 1 and metal gear 2 tht wasnt released in the us) deff still worth the money and time

and by the way there is no such thing as a best Metal Gear Solid game, they are all great and unique in their own story, some people might hate MGS2 for Raiden, but it was a good game. so you play as raiden fr 70% of the time and? the game was good and the story was great and complex. as for mgs 2 3 4, no need to epxlain lol, extraordinary games

don't get me wrong, I'm feeling tempted to do the same, but I'll restrain from it.

when I played MGS 1 I loved it, then MGS 2 and 3 came out for the PS2 and I didn't had one, I could had watched the whole game on youtube, but I didn't instead I waited and eventually got a PS2.

I ended up playing both games well over 3 years after they were released but the wait was worth it.

I'll do the same for MGS4, I'll wait for the day when i have a PS3 to play it (I did watched portable ops)

Metal Gear is timeless. Play the MSX games or MGS4...it's still Metal Gear. I was introduced with MGS1 and I got them all. Recently I went back and played MG1 on MSX.
