  • Sy Woyventhroom

  • I hurt my neck laughing so hard! Oyy! Mahhhvulous!

  • Perfect spoof of Bergman's visual style. I love seeing Short play Lewis.

  • i prefer parodies of Ingmar Bergman movies to actual Ingmar Bergman movies.

  • A perfect high-brow and low-brow mix of humour....makes me proud to be Canadian!

  • Brilliant. So very brilliant. I agree with tattypaty 100%.

  • Cy Woyvendon?

  • Woydenden?

  • The two funniest f**king people on earth, Martin and Andrea

  • Andrea Martin can be funny even in a still photograph. I love her.

  • Mawvellous!

  • Sven Drydenden?!

  • sven guiden?!

  • I can't see how after seeing this people can call SCTV smart (this sketch specifically, that is). It's an old art film with old Jerry Lewis gags, no original content at all from them; watching Lewis do the originals is exactly the same - that is to say, better.

  • Sorry. That was painful to watch. No one can do "Jerry better than Jerry". Geck.

  • Cindy? Is it Cindy? Sy.

  • Yes I agree with fringfries I think; Martin Short does a better Jerry Lewis than Jerry Lewis even.

  • Short doing Lewis is the best, oh my gosh, when he can't get the name of the lawyer right, classic Lewis idiotic humor that makes you lose it, funny schtuff.

  • It's a difficult name not like Johnson. Johnson is a tricky name. Oi.

  • Crax me up every time...LUVd sctv too!

  • Martin Short is a better Jerry Lewis than Jerry Lewis. It is the only way I can tolerate the original. This is shear Genius.

  • Several inches shorter, but quite good.

  • That was interesting.

  • Hilarious. I wonder if Bergman ever saw this.

  • He's supposed to be Jerry Lewis, but he looks more like Woody Allen to me. Maybe it's the glasses.

But LMAO!!! Especially at the restaurant scene!! xD

  • The writing, the acting, the editing, the lighting, the locations..marvelous..

  • marvelous...laugh every time i watch it

  • Please tell me how SNL was even CLOSE to SCTV in laughs again....

  • It was close in the early years, and in the mid-80s when Eddie Murphy & Joe Piscopo were there.

  • It's a difference of approx. 30 IQ points. But pretty soon there will be no one left in America who can even see the humor in SCTV. It's all necessary for the "great work" you see. It's a good plan, really! If you happen to be an immensely rich and powerful psychopath it will be a fuckiing paradise! Everyone else will be reduced to automatons controlled by the psychos for their pleasure. Who can object to that? It's been in the works since like forever so it must be good right?

  • everyone luvs this great comedy...

    but especially the LADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDIES!!!

    (;

  • martin short was so funny in this

  • flawless. great premise, great acting, great everything.
