it is possible to complete TTF&F with a controller but you have to have trigger fingers. BTW he cheated. if you didn't notice, he was using the no fail cheat cuz he was missing a good amount of notes & the meter kept going forward.

You're right, I didn't unlock an achievement because my friend had played and passed it earlier with a guitar, and unlocked the achievement then, both ttfaf ones. if you don't believe me, I have several other videos that show more solid proof; I agree that this particular video is of so poor quality that it isn't very credible.

actually, no. I didn't use no fail. If I'm correct the meter still goes down if you are using no fail, you just dont fail,right? see, I'm not even sure about that because I have never used no fail, except for once in Rock Band 2, and that's how it worked.If you aren't conviced,I have several other videos that have pretty good proof that its legit, so if you want to watch those...also, keep in mind that your meter will stay in the green even if you miss several notes.you dont have to hit them all

Rock Band 2 came out a few weeks ago, look it up. Also, in this particular video, it may look like I'm missing more notes than I actually am because my camera is so bad it makes it look like there are "three notes per note" as one of my previous comments mentioned. If you aren't convinced with this video, I have several other videos with much higher quality cameras, and a few that actually show me playing. I also have RB2 videos. Please watch them before you make silly accusations of me.

nice but i just found out if u push every button that comes before the fast consecutive note it hits the notes faster. like if there r fast blue notes coming up push the green red and yellow along with the blue button with the controller to hit it even faster. you can actually hit all the orange notes at the intro of devil went down to georgia

well, there are different strategies. You can do a controlled twitch of your hand, tense up your arm muscles until they shake, various ways. the important thing for this song though is the fact that the controller can do pull-offs just like the guitar.

The guitar doesn't make that kind of clicking noise, it's louder.  Also, he hits the solo sections (easy on the controller) and misses the fast consecutive notes (VERY difficult on the controller).

First of all, I accidentally hit the xbox guide button(a common accident for activating star power), which pauses the game. believe it or not, that 5 or so seconds of rest does indeed improve my twitching ability.

I didn't show the multiplyer because i don't have a tripod, and my camera sucks. my leg was resting against the table holding the camera, it slipped w/o me knowing.

Actually, no. That's ridiculous.

yes, of course the green button is held down. On the controller, you can still do Ho/Po's. If I hold the green down and hit the other notes and release them fast enough, I don't need to restrum the pull-off. This way the green button simply needs to be pressed when the note crosses the hitbox. Holding it down works, and it's not really a big secret.

So, yes. That assumption is ridiculous.
