People are anti police because the some cops have a well known record of abuse and harassment of black men and women...scratch that...men and women in general and get away with it 100%...even with proof.

Now as for the guy with a gun. He was'nt arrested because he was black, he was arrested for possession of a firearm, and i'm taking a wild guess he did'nt have a CC permit for it neither...i gather that because he ran when the police approached him.

@epasurr there are over 6000 cops in Philadelphia ( not including: Univ Penn Police, Septa police, Amtrak PD, Housing Pd Etc. ) so that would be abot 8000 cops total.....out of 8000 police officers in Philadelphia; less than 10 bad eggs have been in trouble...not too bad percentage I think....cops are human, with faults, and pride. Society hates cops more than we hate the rapist or murderer...we are a backwards place.

Several have been arrested for carrying. Now they will be very well off for being arrested for no reason.

where is Micheal Moore at a time like this? In reality that guy with the gun that ran was a fleeing felon and could have been shot but was not. This is exactly what gets these people shot. You can't always blame cops for the gray areas with these people that don't want to come clean. It is a serious situation and if the people that are standing around calling names can over react , so can the cops. Cops do kill unarmed people and have to stand liable, but looking at this, it is a tough job.
