My favorite Eamon Kelly yarn is "the returned yank". If anyone has it I'd love to see and hear it since all I had as a kid was a cassette of Eamon. It's pretty cool to see and hear him hear on You Tube.

Great music, grrrreat dancing, and another excellent story. Thanks you! Ha - he used the expression shank's mare. That's Appalachian, too. My Aussie friends say it's shank's pony. So now I have proof that the mare got around as well.
