it was called Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip with Mathew Perry and Bradley Whitford (Josh from the West Wing). It debuted at the same time as 30 Rock but was cancelled at the end of its first season. It was a more serious "west-wing-ey" look behind the scenes of an SNL type show.

Also, folks: (yes the interviewer sucks but) his hair patch isn't blonde, it's white and probably naturally occuring. I had a teacher in high school with the same thing.
