I use chili powder, pure water, salt, high-quality oil, and arrowroot, make it thick, and is excellent. wheat flour can be used if you have no arrowroot.

@deweerda he's supposed to be an idiot. This show is probably for people who don't know how to cook at all. Therefore, an idiot making it does two things: 1. tells them that if THAT GUY can do it, then so can they... 2. Helps them feel more relaxed about the whole thing and appeals to their fun side, telling them that cooking doesn't have to be a hassle, it can be fun... so yeah, both the chef and the host did a great job.
