  • I felt like the pull was only a problem because I got out onto my toes too early. I need to sit back a bit and pull through the heels. I also jumped forward about 3" because of the center of mass being out on the toes.

  • the pull wasnt a problem, just needed more speed and come up straight away

  • You caught it high enough to clean 135-140, just keep that chest up and fly those elbows around. Keep up the good work.
