there is the Maghaweer which are the normal army commandos and there is the Lebanese Navy Seals who were trained by the u.s navy seals and british special forces and are one of the most elite special forces units in the Middle East. In 1997 the Lebanese Navy Seals assisted Hizballah commandos in ambushing the Flotilla 13 israels most acclaimed commando unit killing 12 including the units commander...that taught the israelis a lesson not to land on Lebanese beaches =)
