Excellent tips. And if I may - I would like to add a tip for down sizing. With modern technology, we can digitize many movies, CDs, DVDs, photos, etc. This gets rid of SO much clutter - preserves your treasured films, music, etc forever in digital format, and just makes good sense. One should practically make one back up of your treasured files once they are preserved, and store it on a series of DVD disks or an external hard drive.

It has alowed me to retire at 47 . and have lots of freedom . I am sharing my process on a blog and you tube. Alex these five points are key to designing your lifestyle not just letting life happen well done ;)
It is always best to downsize, especially when you are reaching retirement age.
