I have a question, if Gustav destroys everything again, what do you believe will be the cities reaction? Rebuild? Or do you think it will be the final straw for a lot of residents?

Most people would prob move away but most of us cant let the "view" go. Its something about living on the coast... atleast we have a 24-48 hour warning before it hits, you never know when an earthquake is going to hit.
