We, Iranains, should acknowledge the services rendered to the nation by any individual, be a king, a minister, a scientist etc. Reza Shah should be judged in the context of the times he lived in and circumestances under which he served. Maybe he had to be cruel to be kind like a good physician who resorts to invasive operation and causes pain to save life. Gob bless his soul as his intentions were surely good.
