Respect is earned. I don't respect acting president Soetoro because he's done nothing to earn my respect. I don't respect the vast majority of Congress. I didn't respect Jr. Bush. I especially don't respect the faggot 'Safe Schools' czar, Kevin Jennings, lecturing the world about 'respect.'

its not the gettign people to respect each other its the part of EVERYONE being taught to respect EVERYONE. respect should be something that is earned or chosen to be given not just "you MUST repsect everyone. especially being taught a young age when there minds will just suck it in as if it where candy.

And everybody should receive a basic respect, which is what this about, free of preconceived notions based on gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc. Respect beyond the basic respect we all deserve as human beings is what should be earned.
