Oh, that's the ending? I have yet to finish the series but I'm quite satisfied with this. I have no problem with Sekai the bitch dying (I mean hey, she knew Kotonoha is Makoto's gf but still seduced him by giving him so-called "special trainings"), but I'll gladly join in the demand to have fucking Makoto dying as well. And make his death a torture. Poor Kotonoha :'( this anime is the only one anime which succeeded in making me flying to rage! Grrrrr

3) If you saw black blood in the anime ending then you saw the censored version. The uncensored version had red blood.

That was the anime ending. This is the game ending which is different. The only similarity between the anime ending and the games is that Makoto got stabbed to death by Sekai (that was the first bad ending of the game) There are multiple bad endings in the games where a different character dies, and good endings where a pairing is decided with a happy ending. I hope that clears anything up for you ^o^
