You do seem like a promising candidate but this is not a good or accurate depiction of you at all. Edit your replies more and take more time in your delivery. Take time and be yourself. Forget what anyone tells you about your accent or what mannerisms you have to change Stop playing a character and be the character you know best, YOU.
With better video quality and audio, you would be able to eliminate many of the distractions that take away from your delivery. don't listen to that krueger guy - be reasonably theatrical, it's very, very powerful. People will want to meet you if you move them.
