I just wanted to thank you so much for your videos. I am 24 years old and I was diagnosed with a generic demyelinating disease back in May. The doctor feels I am at high risk of it becoming MS and I got approved and have begun Avonex 2 weeks ago. When I did a youtube search, your video's came up and your attitude has been amazing and has helped me so very much. I love finding someone my age battling this. Speaking of eating well, have you heard of Ann Boroch? She wrote a book about MS called Healing MS. It makes a lot of sense. I don't think food is the cause of MS but a better diet does help.
