Uli Jon Roth was the guitarist with the Scorpions at the time this song and the album Taken By Force were recorded. It was his last album with the Scorpions.

Roth was involved with Monika Dannemann, the ex-girlfriend of Jimi Hendrix, at the time, and she co-wrote the song with Rudolf Schenker.
