American planes killed more vietnamese civillians than Ho Chi Minh ever did. He liberated them. This is a fact, and there is no denying. Castro's people, were happy, until the dissolving of the Soviet Union, and the trade block by AMERICA, became an issue. Mao gave women rights in China, he created jobs and a happy prosperous China at that (Up until the cultural revo.)

No, if the tax payment is deterred due to paper work mistaks, FBI agents don't swarm your house. Not paying taxes is like going to the grocery store and not wanting to pay for the goods you picked up, then claim tyranny for not paying. Taxes are for gov. services.

@ninuxy The IRS/16th Amendment was ratified February 3, 1913. The IRS was the agency formed by this Amendment. You should probably learn a bit about history before you try to say you know it. The Federal Reserve Act was passed that same year on Christmas Eve.

Wrong again. The Income taxes are what's called Indirect taxes, which only can apply to Federal Employee's. Otherwise it has to be an Excise tax, which the Executive branch has no authority to levy. Again, you have some learning to do.

Excise tax is base on an "event." When you purchase groceries (sales tax), when you give your parents money for surgery (gift tax--above $12,500/yr), when your inherit something from them (state tax), or when you earn wages ("income tax"). They are all excise taxes and as a matter of fact, an indirect tax.
