i have a mysterious story in the new club penguin website i saw in the whats new section the ones who wrote the words its said there by billybob and by screenhog how could they log in club penguin? they are banned already?! maybe they are blocking our computers to use their accounts so it said there they are banned but they are really not banned !

This is a FAQ question.
What happens with this, moderators can ONLY log in on their personal computer with a set IP address.
Just in case someone has a lucky guess of their password and logs in as them.
