ok i was messing around with sc3 for a few HOURS and i figured this out:

long perm: hair

kung fu robe: mid/lower

magicians robe

samurai pants

scarf (i for got its name but its: cloth *2 more words* and its orange when u equip it: waist)

straw sandals

color it all black using the 'all' selection on the second page

for the scarf and waist change them to white...

didn't mean to but i kinda mixed bankai ichigo with Byakuya on the coat there...i think it turned out great

try ichigo with black coat/ robe top and  katana discipline with "kokuenra" (black blade)weapon. wud probly look legit

byakuya's clothes look good but his hair should be a lil longer. and ichigo probably should have been in bankai clothing but good job i liked it.

u should do wat i did, i gave ichigo his bankai outfit (not the real one but the Magician's robe is very similar)

for bakuya use the sword of ivy i forgot what was the name, u know what am saying, the whip sword. it would look cooler, and on ichigo the soul of siegfred :D

Im sorry but this one sucked big time. I watched the dub version and I don't think that would ever happen unless i dont know, a miracle of it on the japanese version. As Remji said, come back in a thousand years when your done training. Ya gotta try better.

Well I watch the real version and to spoil it, Ichigo does defeat Byakuya with his bankai (ep 58 and 59), he just doesn't kill him. Later on, Byakuya becomes an ally.

Well thanks for the spoiler alert but I was mainly talking about how the characters look, sound, and what they wear but looking at it now, it does make more sense to me. The clothes are still not right to me but then yet again, maybe that's what they wore at one point.
