SEAL Team has a very dark sense of humor by virtue of the shitty things that SEALs are asked to do.

Anyone who doesn't see the humor of the video doesn't need to come here or attempt BUD/S Training.

It is what it is and I've been motivating men to become SEALs before you were born "tyler7292."

oh i have no doubt it is a legit program, in fact i heard it is one of the best pre programs...but Im saying when i watched it i saw a majority of joking around and only a portion of the harcore shit that happens...just a suggestion for the video not the program itself...you could make this program much more appealing with a bunch of scenes of the obstacles and stuff with a badass song...dont take it the wrong way

This is not one of the best, it is the very best and no one can duplicate what we do here...

I have a video for each class we run and too many guys think we SCREAM and BEAT guys for the entire week of training like other courses do. We don't...

This is the most badass time anyone can possibly have. You get your ass kicked...pushed to YOUR limit, and enjoy the perks of being involved with, and around the badass m*ther f*ckers that have gone through BUD/s and know what it REALLY takes. Well worth all expenses. Don't even second guess yourself with making the decision on going to this course...your just wasting time!!

Hell night is described as being like the steps on a set of stairs...Up and Over. The Up part is that hard ass evolution that you don't want one minute more of. Then the over is where it cools down JUST A LITTLE and you get into somthing more enjoyable...like a mission (that still requires hard physical "put out") then once you feel..."o shit this is fun, I can do this all night, I wish we were doing this all night." Then you get to that Up part of the stair and it's ASS KICKIN time!!!!
