Nice and neat work. Could you use sqare bar thick walled or it should be solid bar? Do you have th eplans for this an dwhat is the drop down ratio from the motor to the saw drive?
@Naih33 I think you could use a tick walled square bare, maybe i will draw plans for the saw and the speed of the saw drive is 120 rpm, just right for this job!

@Naturallyanthony Chop is quicker and much noisier and the mess!!! Powered hacksaw is tradational. Bandsaw is better!
