What YouTube video did you watch? What is the users name? I didn't catch it. and I have HORRIBLE under eye circle because of my sinuses. I'm African American and I'm a light caramel complexion and it looks a MESS. I hate it. Some people sad they have had things happen to their eyes? is that true?
