hey im sorry dude but im pretty sure you need to try out some different plyometrics like jump roping or something cause im 15 and i went from getting the middle of the net to grabbing rim just by doing simple plyos
yo man, looks like you haven't been doing that program, but if you ever get back to it good luck!, im 16 i can barely two hand dunk, and im working on getting higher. over this summer i will be training with my air alert program, i am aiming for 8' in 15 weeks. but i will probally continue the program until i am satisfied, i will hopefuly be doing a vlog.

cool man, i have no doubt you'll throw down a dunk within ~3 months if you stay consistent & train hard.. those didn't look too far off.. calve raises, half squats, general upper, maybe some plate swings occasionally, some light reactive work (submax MR halftuck jumps), and some extra glute work (hypers/rev hyper etc). progress those and you'll be throwing one down within 3 months.
