  • hey im sorry dude but im pretty sure you need to try out some different plyometrics like jump roping or something cause im 15 and i went from getting the middle of the net to grabbing rim just by doing simple plyos

  • yo man, looks like you haven't been doing that program, but if you ever get back to it good luck!, im 16 i can barely two hand dunk, and im working on getting higher. over this summer i will be training with my air alert program, i am aiming for 8' in 15 weeks. but i will probally continue the program until i am satisfied, i will hopefuly be doing a vlog.

  • dude try jump manual, jump out the gym because the program you are using sucks

  • 2 years of training and have gained about 2 inches, you need to change your method.

  • @hooperwille Yes, sorry I put that in the description when it was uploading but it didn't seem to come through. Once I can get this one Ill move onto the proper hoops.

  • cool man, i have no doubt you'll throw down a dunk within ~3 months if you stay consistent & train hard.. those didn't look too far off.. calve raises, half squats, general upper, maybe some plate swings occasionally, some light reactive work (submax MR halftuck jumps), and some extra glute work (hypers/rev hyper etc). progress those and you'll be throwing one down within 3 months.
